What is Motherboard & Barebones Selector Guide?

The Motherboard & Barebones Selector is a database of Intel and third party motherboards & barebones systems that take advantage of the leading-edge features of Intel® Processors and Chipsets.

To obtain Intel® architecture based motherboard information or barebones data, follow these steps:

Select Options to Filter Your Search

  • Select from drop down menus - choose an item from the drop-down menus to specify applicable motherboard or barebones features and the screen will refresh. The number of motherboards containing your chosen options will auto update in the Motherboard or Barebones Matches box on the right.
  • Multiple select on Integrated Product Features - you may select more than one item by simultaneously holding down the Control key, and clicking on the items. Repeat the same process to de-select an item.
  • Glossary - Actively updates with a brief description or link to further information of any Option you click upon.
  • Start Over - Click on this to clear all entries and perform another search.
  • Show results - Click on this to run the search, with the selected items as filters.
  • Print this page – Allows you to print your current selection of options.
  • Send to a friend - Allows you to share motherboard or barebones information with a colleague via e-mail. “An e-mail was sent successfully” message will notify you when the email is sent and prompt you to send the page to another colleague, if desired. Otherwise, close the window to continue.
  • Spotlight – This section shows product highlights, as well as allows quick searches for the products.

Motherboard or Barebones Matches

Browse through the match results for the desired motherboards or barebones. Select up to five boards you would like to compare. Details will appear below in the Board Comparison section. Note: names of boards already selected will be grayed out.
  • Home - Brings you back to the Main Page.
  • Glossary – Browse the full Glossary contents.
  • Print this page - Allows you to print the current search result or selected page to the desired printer.
  • Send to a friend - Allows you to share motherboard or barebones information with a colleague via e-mail. "An e-mail was sent successfully" message will notify you when the email is sent and prompt you to send the page to another colleague, if desired. Otherwise, close the window to continue.
  • Bookmark This Page - In supported browsers this link will show a dialog that will allow you to bookmark the comparison page, including the selections that you have made in the comparison table. You can then use the bookmark to return to the page with your current results criteria and boards selected for comparison. If your browser does not support automated bookmarking then you may manually bookmark the link and it will give you the same results and selections.

Board Comparison

  • Where to Buy - Brings you to the manufacturer’s website.
  • Product Website – Links you directly to the selected board’s webpage.
  • Remove – Click to remove a board from the comparison chart. You may select another board to compare (if available).
